Charles accepts commissions under the following
guidelines and provisions:
Purchase of a private commission does not include publication
rights.
No money up front -- Payment in full is due upon
acceptance but prior to delivery.
(In the case of sketches, payment is made first.)
No contracts -- If you are not delighted with the
finished piece, you owe nothing.
Once set, if Charles decides to add size or other considerations, the
fee stays the same.
Charles tends to avoid trademarked characters.
Charles retains copyright of all commissioned artwork.
